Pulse IQ provides the following core services:

• AI & Analytics Tools – Dashboards and predictive insights derived from your CRM data.
• ROI Calculators – Custom-built tools for financial and marketing impact assessments.
• CRM Integrations – Connecting with your data sources for seamless reporting.
• Payment Integration (Nonprofit & Corporate Clients) – Secure payment workflows within AI-driven analytics.

• Pulse iQ does not collect personal data directly except for ROI calculators hosted on our website.
• All analytics are based on client-provided CRM data unless Pulse iQ is tasked with data enrichment via external sources.
• AI marketing tools process transactional data from the client’s CRM only.
• Any third-party data sources are used strictly at the client’s request.

• Pulse iQ facilitates secure payment integrations but is not a payment processor.
• Payments are processed via third-party gateways that comply with PCI DSS security standards.
• Pulse iQ does not store full payment details but may retain transactional metadata for reporting purposes.

• AI is used for pattern recognition and recommendations, not for automated decision-making.
• AI models are trained on anonymized datasets and adhere to GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS standards.
• Clients can opt out of AI-based analytics if desired.

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring proper API access to their CRM for data synchronization.
• Managing internal security policies for data protection.
• Reviewing and validating AI-driven insights before making business decisions.

• Pulse iQ supports GDPR compliance for European clients.
• Users in the EU and EEA can request data portability, access, or deletion.

• All Pulse iQ software, AI models, and analytics tools are proprietary.
• Clients receive a license to use the software, but ownership remains with Pulse iQ.
• Unauthorized modifications, distribution, or reverse engineering are prohibited.

• Pulse iQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not replace human decision-making.
• Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the previous 30 days.

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
• The governing law is the State of Texas, United States.

• Pulse iQ reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms.
• Clients can request data export and deletion upon termination.

• These Terms may be updated periodically.
• Major changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of Pulse iQ services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
